- تواصلوا معنا أولًا: إذا واجهتكم أي مشكلة، يمكنكم الاتصال على 90902484 أو مراسلتنا على إنستجرام @order.fei. يرجى تزويدنا برقم الطلب وتفاصيل المشكلة ليتمكن فريقنا من مساعدتكم.
- مندوب مجانًا لحل المشكلة: بعد التواصل مع فريقنا وتنسيق الإجراء المناسب، نرسل إليكم مندوبًا مجانًا لاستلام المنتج أو توصيل البديل، دون رسوم على هذه الزيارة.
- المشدّات والمنتجات ذات المقاسات: إذا لم يناسبكم المقاس أو واجهتم مشكلة في المنتج، يمكنكم طلب استبداله بالمقاس أو البديل الذي يناسبكم خلال ١٥ يومًا من الاستلام، بالتنسيق مع فريقنا.
- المكملات الغذائية: إذا كانت هناك أي مشكلة في المنتج، نتعامل مع طلبكم فورًا لاستبداله أو إرجاعه واسترداد قيمته، حسب رغبتكم.
- الأجهزة: جميع الأجهزة مشمولة بكفالة من FEI لمدة شهر من الاستلام. إذا ظهرت أي مشكلة بالجهاز خلال هذه المدة، نتولى استبداله لكم.

At FEI, we are always here to help. We want your shopping experience to feel easy and reassuring, and we give every complaint our attention to find a suitable solution.
- Contact us first: If you experience any issue, call +965 90902484 or message us on Instagram at @order.fei. Please share your order number and details of the issue so our team can assist you.
- Free collection or replacement delivery: Once our team has coordinated the appropriate solution with you, we will send a driver free of charge to collect the item or deliver its replacement.
- Supports and sized products: If the size does not fit or you have an issue with the product, you may request an exchange for a suitable size or alternative within 15 days of receipt, in coordination with our team.
- Dietary supplements: If there is any issue with the product, we will promptly handle your request for a replacement or a return and refund, according to your preference.
- Devices: All devices include a one-month FEI warranty from receipt. If an issue arises with the device during this period, we will replace it for you.
